Oak pellets, do you like them?

    I really enjoyed the BCBs I made the other day.  The oak was great.  Do you like them?  How do they compare to other pellets?

    i use them on my cheese.... hickory for most everything else
    and alder on my salmon

    Oak is a great neutral smoke. I usually use it with beef roasts, or Texas-style briskets.
