NOOB from Iowa

  1. Hello all I just smoked a practice chicken on my ok joe highland and I am HOOKED!I used jjs family brine with a big ol pouch of apple chips on top of some lump going about 300° ooooee that is some moist tasty bird can't wait to get some ribs and some pork loin going next weekend. This site is the stuff everything you need and everyone is very helpful.Smoke on!
