No Smoke Sunday

just picked up a nice 4.5 lb. chuckie on sale for 2.79/lb.  I try to smoke every sunday but it looks like i'll be doing this one indoors today.  It is 43 degrees and pouring down in Rochester NY today.  reports of snow flakes in the hills to the south.

That's a bummer. You ned to get a covering for the smoker.

Well we suffered thru 46º this morning, but are up to 76º with clear blue skies. Perfect for smoking. Got some Chicken thighs and Eye of Round roast to do. :yahoo:

Got some wings going on the smoker here.

First day we have been able to turn the a/c off & open up the windows.

It's 82 here with low humidity, going down to the 60's tonight.

Perfect sleeping weather!

Was 28 at 0700 this morning, actually had to put on a long sleeved shirt--I think winter is all but here, termination dust in the foot hills and jhardly a leaf left on the trees..  AND, I just about have the smoke house the way I want it--hohum.
