Hi everyone. I've been grilling for years but have wanted to try smoking for a while. I'm located in FL and I'm looking forward to reading and learning from this site.

So you want to get into smoking meat.

Well I would suggest a little reading on whatever

you want to smoke specifically.

Ribs or butts or whatever, it gives you a place to

start from.

Then next time you can adjust things to suit yourself.

Jump right out there, read up, ask questions and have fun.
