    Hello all. My name is Grady and I reside in Palmyra pa. I love to grill year round and received my first smoker this

    Christmas as a gift. It's a Camp Chef, Smoke Vault 18" and seems to be simple enough to operate. I'm going to have tons of questions as I venture into this uncharted territory of outdoor cooking. I'm looking forward to learning how to make meats and vegetables with my new toy! Looking forward to reading the threads in this forum.

    Welcome to the group Grady!  Congrats on that new Smoke Vault!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.

    Thank you for the warm welcome. Question though? How difficult is it maintaining the temperature on the smoker when using it out in below freezing temperatures?
