Hello all. My name is Grady and I reside in Palmyra pa. I love to grill year round and received my first smoker this Christmas as a gift. It's a Camp Chef, Smoke Vault 18" and seems to be simple enough to operate. I'm going to have tons of questions as I venture into this uncharted territory of outdoor cooking.
