I am new to smoking. I just bought my first smoker. It is a $200 grill with sidebox from Menards
I've done ribs and pork loin last weekend. I was VERY happy with the results so far. But just like anything, I know I have SO much more to learn and try. I am very excited about that.
Today I am trying beef tenderloin and am a little nervous about it so any tips would be appreciated.
I look forward to learning from and contributing to this great forum.
