Hello all. I'm a complete newbie to the 'world of smoke'. Have grilled for years and enjoyed it, but nothing compares to the taste of smoked meat..IMHO. Am looking forward to my first stab at it in the near future...tomorrow maybe? Just purchased a Bradley smoker and having "seasoned" it earlier today in preparation for my first attempt, I thinking that if the meat smells anything like my clothes it ought to be pretty tasty! I look forward to tapping the vast knowledge here on the forum.
