Hello and welcome to the SMF, where most of our time goes up in smoke. Actually we do spend some time reading, exchanging, and passing on great information. Have no fear of asking questions, we here to help. "don't let the South in that fool you only thing we are South of is North Dakota". It's ok, I'm from South California which is South of Northern Californa.

Welcome, i ain't much further south than you, i'm in North central IOWA

I love to smoke ribs I've done baby backs using the 3-2-1 method with and without the foil. Would like to try a Fatty is sounds really good first time i've ever heard of it thanks to this site. So hook me up with some good fatty recipes. I love meat so if it can be smoked I'm willing to go low and slow.

Hey I have an electric Brinkman i did my first ribs on now I am learning to smoke with charcoal. It takes time but with enough practice I will get on to it.
Good Luck and Good Smoking
