Newbie from Pa

  1. Local volunteer fire fighter,26yr old male, just recently started smoking meat in my electric smoker. I've done ribs a few times and lots of pork tendrloins. Trying to branch out from pork a little bit.willing to take any advice I can get as well as recipes ;)
