    From Central Valley of California.  Just getting my feet wet as it comes to smoking.  Bought a starter smoker at Wal Mart, Charbroil offset.  Found a youtube video of a gentelman with a similar smoker and saw some of the modifications he did to his.  Some of which I will attempt to adopt so long as it does not require welding.

    My wife and 5 daughters have enjoyed the tri tip and baby back ribs I have smoked in the past on a hand me down from my father in law.  Going to try and improve upon that.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
