Hi everyone,

I am Captainkm.  I came across your forum while looking for different types of smokers.

I live in Lake Elsinore, California.  Lake Elsinore is in-between LA and San Diego.  I just retired from Boeing last month.  I own Craft Brewing Company with three partners in Lake Elsinore.  I have a Bradley and a PrimoXL smokers.  I have smoking/grilling for around 10+ years. I am considering upgrading to a Deluxe Grill Chef Smoker or a Deluxe Master Grill Chef Smoker by Klose.  I'm not sure if I want to spend the $$ for the Master Grill.  Maybe you can help me make a choice.

I look forward to being a part of your forum.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from Florida. Kind of a dreary, rainy day here today- not supposed to get out of the 60's. No, the sun doesn't always shine here! How is it in SoCal? You'll find a lot of great people here who are always happy to help with any ?s you might have. Have a great day and Happy smokin', David.

I'm sure you will be sending out Beer samples to everyone

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  Many good folks here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  Check out Jeff’s 5 day smoking E-Course ( link below ) that will help you get started.  Couple other good threads to help you get started included.  We look forward to your contributions.  I rode ( shortly ) in the Lake Elsinore  rodeo back in '77 when stationed at Pendelton.  The bull I was "riding" decided we should part company after about 6 seconds.  He must have takin the whole ordeal personally because he then turned round and attempted to put his horn where I really didn't care to have it put.

The things we do when we are young, dumb and "bullet proof".  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
