New to the site

    From up in Wisconsin, getting ready for Packers season, I bought my first smoker. I have a propane Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite and did a brisket, which I pulled too early, restarted a day later, and somewhat saved. I am moving on to a 7 lb center cut pork loin. Planning on Apple smoke, 200 to 225 smoking temp to get to 145 IT. Does marinating in Apple juice add or detract? Looks like a great site for advice. I work in Ace stores, and want to get able to discuss options from experience too!
