New to Smoking

    I got my Masterbuilt Elite Sportsman in October (it was on sale at Bass Pro) and finally used it about a month ago and smoked a rack of ribs.  I did the 3-2-1 method. Meat slipped right off the bones. I also did a venison back strap wrapped in bacon. Both were very tasty. Two weeks ago I smoked chicken wings and a pork loin.  Was not impressed with the wings, but the pork loin was awesome.  I'm from NH. I have smoked home made deer sausage with my brother in-laws in the past.

    Welcome to the site!  Congrats on your successful smokes!  Your wings probably needed some crisping up on the grill or in the oven after smoking.  Keep on smoking!
