Hello SMF folks.

A little about me,
Live in northern California.
Just got a Bradley Digital 4 rack.

I am new to the way of food smoking. I tried my hand a little before with some cheap box store piece of rust they said was a smoker. Foodd turned out ok but was not as good as it should have been.

I am planning on smoking a full rack of spare ribs and some potatoes later today when i get home from work. I am looking forward to some good q.

I work 18 hours days so the Bradley smoker was one of the better units for me.

I will be posting some pics for all to see. Any pointers, advice and feed back would be much appreciated.

Happy Qing everyone
