  1. Finally Got A BTLE For My Birthday On Monday. Put A Couple Tri Tips in It On Tuesday And Smoked Them For About 3 Hours With Hickory. Still Have A Lot Of Questions, But They Came Out Amazing. Great Smoke Flavor And Tender And Moist. I Think I'm Going To Do Some Ribs On Monday.

Lived down your way for a spell.....actually in RC. Probably so hot you can just put meat on the plate out in the sun, no? You're gonna hear about needing pics to post and going to introduce yourself. Regardless, welcome to the forum and enjoy yourself with the new obsession....Willie

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.

If you need any help roaming around here in SMF....just give me a shout.  Happy to help any time!
