    My name is Al Torrington and I'm from Kitchener, Ontario.  I have been a huge cooking and Bbq fan since a teenager. (Turned 40 this year)  I have been curious about smoking since i tried an amazing smoked brisket at a party.  I have since tried smoked meats at many bbq restaurants and like many recipes, thought i could do better myself.  My wife bought me a smoker this Christmas and so far I've done pork tenderloin and salmon. Both turned out out far better than I'd hoped for a first timer.  I have a Bradley 4 rack digital smoker.  I'm trying chicken and sausage today. Can't wait to share and learn ideas on this forum.  CHEERS.

  4. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

  7. Hello Kitchener, About 50 KM south of you saying welcome to the site.  Have fun Smoking, this is something you will shortly learn is community event when you get that smoker going.  There are quite a few of us meat smokers up this way, all west of the Niagara Cut, out on Ontario's Elephant
