New smoker

Howdy! I've been grilling most of my adult life, but new to smoking. My real interest and the reason I joined up was all the great information on building smokers.

I live outside of Houston and am a school teacher, so I'm about to have several months devoted to building my smoker/grill and perfecting my recipes.

Hope to learn lots from you guys...
