Hi, jason from New Orleans. First time smoker here. Trying a pork shoulder for pulled pork. Hope it's great

Yea, every time I searched the internet about smoking, it brought me to this website. Thought it was very informational.
 
Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

Pulled pork was awesome guys. Sorry I didn't take a picture, I was to anxious to eat it. However, after 4 hours in the smoker, i removed it and set it in then oven under foil at 275° for 50 minutes. It was delicious.
NOW HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO SMOKE.
