I'm Justin, I live in Dallas Texas, I'm 31, I've been smoking since I was a kid I guess you could say, we'll ever since my dad let me light the charcoal on the grill. I've never been too much into grilling, then again I thinks it's because I have too much patience. All my smoking experience has been from trial and error. I don't have a real expensive smoker, I shelled out 400 bucks for a Oklahoma Joe Longhorn, but it hasn't failed me yet and works great, I can comfortably fit 3 12lb turkeys on it. I am however in the process of fabricating a horizontal offset stainless steel insulated smoker at work, with a cooking area of 36x18, I figure that should be plenty big. I've had my fair share of smokers rust out at the most inopportune time. I think that about sums it up. And thanks for letting me join.
