new smoker from florida

I am pretty new to smoking. I got inspired to start smoking when I came across old episodes of BBQ Pitmasters on destination america channel. I am totally hooked now. My first smoker was a cheap smoke n grill now I just got an offset smoker. I'm hoping this forum will help male me an awesome smoker

Here are my 2 smokers. The black one is brandnew

You should sign up for  Jeff's Free 5 day E-Course!  There is a wealth of information included and is good for anyone, no matter your experience level.
