Hi everyone new to forums but not so much to smoking. Started about 8 years ago cause i was sick of paying meat shops to smoke my salmon. Well that turned into oh lets do ribs briskets butts im sure you guys know the story. Anyway started with a propane, then a brinkmen pellet smoker which only lasted 1 1/2 years now i just bought a yoder ys640 just wondering safe citrus based cleaner is good to use inside smoker?
 
Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. Sorry, I don't know anything citrus cleaners. I just use steam on my offset while it's still hot.
 
Welcome to the forum, glad you joined us!  I don't clean the inside of my smoker.  I just call it seasoned!

Thank got simple green worked. Agree same here just puddy knife and vacuum out ash. But i got my yoder and wanted to smoke something was out of foil so never covered diffuser plate but i got it all cleaned up thanks
