Just wanted to stop in and say hi.

I have been smoking for about 5 yrs.  Always looking for new ideas and recipes to improve on my own.

I have 2 smokers that I use, one is a Masterbuilt Pro, and, the other one is a Smoke Hollow.

I use mostly Cherry and Alder wood with great results for Salmon and Pork.
