Found the site by looking up info on smoking meat, using a smoker, etc.
Been wanting a smoker for awhile, circumstances finally allowed that to happen.
I'm in Ohio, go Bucks, love to cook and grill. Just seemed like the next logical step.

Oklahoma Joe's Highland Smoker/Grill (NOT!! Firebox, yes)
My first, looked like a decent first smoker! The Charbroiler looked like junk.
So I'm planning on doing a rack of ribs, cheaper first attempt. I do ribs great in the oven, and pretty damn good on a gas grill.
