Central Coast of California

I live on the Central Coast near Monterey and Salinas. I just started building a brick smoker this past weekend. I had a hard time finding plans online so I am taking pictures and will be posting the progress or the final start to finish. I have a Weber Gold gas grill because I like the quick startup vs. briquets. I like to cook and entertain.

This is my build I just started. It will be wrapped in brick with 4" adjustable vents on either side and a door on the front of the fire box and a lid on top of the cook box."
