Hello Everyone! My name is Aaron and I live in Illinois. I am relatively new to smoking. I've smoked several racks of baby backs, a few pork shoulders, and some venison. I have a 30" MES and a Brinkmann all-in-one smoker/fryer/grill. I love all of the information on this site and appreciate everyone's input. I'm looking at doing my first brisket this weekend.....gonna review the forums for tips Happy smoking!
