New member from TN

New guy here from Tennessee. I am new to smoking but I have been grilling for 40 years. My wife gave me a Masterbuilt 40 in smoker for Christmas. I have already smoked the Christmas turkey, some ribs and a pair of Boston butts. All of them turned out quite well. I am looking forward to getting some recipes and new ideas.

Ah the love of a wife.

Mine always buys me tools or something of that nature. Funny thing is that if I bought her a vacuum she would be pisssed at me. We get smokers and tools, they get silver and gold.
