New member from Seattle

    Hi folks,
     

    I've been operating a BGE for a few years now, and have often landed here when searching for recipes and ideas... but haven't made an account until today. 

    I'm interested in all kinds of smoking, BBQ, and grilling. Most recently I have started doing cold smoking, and today, I started a discussion in the jerky forum since that's apparently my new thing.

    Hey horseflesh!  Welcome to SMF.  Glad you stopped in and joined the family.

    I have a thread going on the BGE for a friend who hasn't had much luck with it.  Please stop in on the conversation and see if you can add anything from BGE your experience.  She and her husband would appreciate it.

    I'll check out that thread, I'm always happy to talk kamados.

    My handle "horseflesh" is actually a reference to the movie Time Bandits. :)
