New guy from Quebec

Hi Everyone

I'm a newbie to the smoking world from Quebec.

I've had a gas BBQ since may, and recently won a contest that allowed me to get a weber kettle master touch and a weber WSM 22.

Don't know what else to say, I'm 29, from France originally, and I'm married with one 4 month baby.
