Of course he's six and doesn't always get the whole homonym thing. I've been grilling for a while and seem to have that down pretty well. Over the years I've done a little smoking and even bought a cheapie smoker to see if it is something I'd get in to. It was, I just upgraded a little to a Char Griller Smokin Pro. I've made a few modifications based on stuff I found here (thanks) and I'm looking forward to sharing the smoke with the rest of New Hampshire. I tend to lean towards shoulders and ribs. My blushing bride and some of her girlfriends got me looking into fish (salmon so far). Tips and tricks are much appreciated and if anyone's around Lebanon, NH drop me a line.
