im originally from the Adirondack mountains of upstate NY ( near lake placid) so im used to the weather. I moved to Texas around the age of 30 and been home for like 9 years and eventually ibelieve we will end up in Tennessee in the winter months and back to my place in NY for the summer. We have ten years ( if we live that long lol) to retirement so we are starting to think about the countdown lol

Done my first brisket yesterday and was surprised by my attempt. I've never tried a corned beef yet. Maybe next time as my wife would go nuts for it. Great job by the way!
