On Fathers Day we had. Big smoke and for one reason or another, many invitees couldn't make it, so I had lots of leftovers. And entire rack of St Louis ribs ended up in the Freezer. Now I love leftovers, but reheated or not, ribs don't do well the next day, imo.

So, I removed the meat, diced it up, threw in through the cast iron with a little olive oil. Once it was sizzling nicely, I added some Honey Chipolele BBQ sauce and let it carmelize a while before serving on a toasted roll, it was delicious!
