MN Newbie Here

  1. Started smoking about 5 years ago on an Alton Brown Flower pot smoker setup on my balcony in Brooklyn, NY.  Had pretty great results but temp and time were finnicky to say the least and my contraption didn't make the move to the Twin Cities, MN a year and a half ago.  After a memorial day weekend with my extended family in Iowa, I promptly bought a 30" MES and an AMNPS.  So far so good, but have yet to try the AMNPS as I don't have pellets yet... Luckily A-Maze-N products is just south of where I live and I'll be going to pick up some bulk pellets directly soon.  Interested ins moking anything and everything, and am finding this to be very congruent to my homebrewing as well...  The only forums I do are for my Iowa State Cyclones, homebrewing and now smoking meat.  Enjoying the wealth of information on here so far!
