I recently got the cold smoker to go with my MES 40" with window. I'm not sure I'm sold on it after multiple uses. I've smoked a few shoulders, and a few racks of ribs on it. It doesn't appear as if the smoke is even rolling over the meat as much as leaking out top of smoke box, and point where cold smoker connects to my MES. Can anyone give me any pointers on what I'm doing wrong or similar experiences? Thanks
