OK newbie here. I have been reading on here for the longest time, but this is my first time posting with my newly created account. I am from and currently live in midwestern Illinois. Love BBQ. Plain and simple. I would consider myself a novice still though I have been smoking for several years now (just so much to learn and humbled by those of you who have been doing this since before I was born). Pits: started with Weber kettle, moved to double barrel "Big Baby" smoker, bought a WSM 22.5 and decided that wasn't good enough. Now cook on Peoria Custom Cookers MMIF (Meat Monster Internal Firebox). I hope to learn more here than I have already, and hopefully at some point I might contribute to someone else learning this great art/science. Hello to all!
