    hi my name is luc I live in new Brunswick, Canada I have a set of twins of 3 and another boy of 8 months so my day are pretty occupied. I have been smoking meat for a couple of years now. I am not an expert but I have got some good reviews from my friend. I love anything food related from bread making to making my own sausage to fresh pasta . I also like welding and fabricating stuff I made a couple of different grill for my friends over the years and now I would like to convert my last charcoal bbq that I made to pellet so I wil need your help on that subject. here is a couple of my bbq that I made over the years

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
