    Hello
    I have been smoking for about 4 years started out completely new and really learned along the way. I tend to cook to my taste. No objections so far. I am here to help with what I can and learn the vast things I still do not know. I cook on a uds I made myself I understand it better than the green egg I owned and the wsm sold them both. I hope to learn and help here
