Hello all! My name is Jeff and have decided to take the plunge into the wonderful world of smoking
I just bought a Char-Griller Duo w/Sfb after weeks and weeks of research. I plan to season it this weekend (yes in the freezing cold) using lump charcoal and bourbon barrel wood. I am very experienced with cooking as I have worked in the restaraunt biz for 8+yrs.
