I've been smoking for a while on a piece of junk but seems to turn out ok. I just bought a custom smoker from greasy hill customs and it's nice. I had a few issues with it at first but we are all good to go now. I have tried cooking almost everything except meth and whole hog and turns out well. ( I was joking about the meth part) I finally have a smoker big enough now that keeps temp so whole hog will be coming soon. The only thing I am having trouble with is getting a good supply of wood.
