  1. I've been smoking for a while on a piece of junk but seems to turn out ok. I just bought a custom smoker from greasy hill customs and it's nice. I had a few issues with it at first but we are all good to go now. I have tried cooking almost everything except meth and whole hog and turns out well. ( I was joking about the meth part)

    I finally have a smoker big enough now that keeps temp so whole hog will be coming soon. The only thing I am having trouble with is getting a good supply of wood. If anyone in IN knows how to get some holler at me at 765-667-8464 or just wants to cook together call me.

  3. Good afternoon and welcome, Can't wait to see your whole hog cook, be sure and let everyone know and post lots of pictures. Sorry I can't help you on the wood, probably way to far away.
