I saw Dr. BBQ talk about this beef on The Food Networks The Best Thing I Ever Ate and knew I had to try it.
Last Saturday I roasted up an 11 pound roast and made the gravy.
I let the meat sit over night in the fridge and sliced it.
Vacume sealed it and into the freezer until yesterday... for a little party we were having.
I threw the beef and the gravy into a crockpot, and grilled up some onions, peppers, and sweet Italian sausages.
Dr. BBQ ordered his sandwich as the combo so that's what we did too -
I paired it with some home made mac & cheese - I will devinately do this again...
