I got an email from the Sting Killer Facebook page telling me I won a 22.5 WSM! I replied and they got back to me saying I should have it in a week or two; we'll see... I have been quietly wanting one for a while now and am very excited! I have plenty of experience grilling and smoking off offsets, Weber kettles, pellet grills etc. but have never used a WSM... what should my first cook be? Any tips or suggestions on firing it up the first time would be appreciated!
