Just joined...looks like a pretty good site! I've been grilling and smoking for 10 years or better, from a Brinkmann charcoal/electric job to some homemade jobbies....joined up here to see how some of you have built the trailer mounted rigs. My buddy and I are looking to build a big party smoker out of an old tank I have...looking for some good designs...
