How to keep a brisket to eat the next day?

  1. I am smoking a brisket today, so we can eat tomorrow. What is the best procedure to keep 15 to 20 hours after the smoker.

    Wrap in foil, reheat in oven slowly.
  3. Should I take it to finished internal temp? Or stop short?
