Newbie forum member here; I've been smoking (and lurking on this forum) for several years now.
My main smoker is a Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker, and I love it. I recently bought a Masterbuilt 40" Electric Smoker, and it's pretty cool, too. Really convenient. BUT, it just wont give me the texture and flavor of the WSM on Royal Oak lump (OR that glorious smoke ring).
Oh, well. it IS really easy...
Anyway, howdy, and I hope to get (and give) some great info from (and to) you guys.
