Just purchased a Weber 18.5 Kettle for $10 on CL and can't wait to get started. Going grocery shopping this weekend and should have some pics next week. I am a total newbie, but with the info that I have read do far on this forum, I feel confident. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Right now Chicken quarters and spare ribs are on sale so that what i''m probably going to buy. FYI: doctor put me on a controlled carbohydrate (low carb) if anyone is following a similar diet and has any tips, please let me know. Thanks!
