Hey,

Lurked here for a couple of weeks and thought I would join in. Just bought a new Master Forge smoker from Lowes and trying to learn from you pros.

I used to smoke with an old cheapo CharlBroil until it rusted out.Went with A Holland Companion portable. I love it but is not a true smoker.

My first smoke on the new smoker was kept simple, a small pork loin wrapped in bacon with dry rub on both. Good stuff !!!
