Helloooo !!

  1. Hey,

    Lurked here for a couple of weeks and thought I would join in. Just bought a new Master Forge smoker from Lowes and trying to learn from you pros.[​IMG]

    I used to smoke with an old cheapo CharlBroil until it rusted out.Went with A Holland Companion portable. I love it but is not a true smoker.

    My first smoke on the new smoker was kept simple, a small pork loin wrapped in bacon with dry rub on both. Good stuff !!!

    I've learned a lot here already. Next smoke will be a slab of spare ribs, going to try the 321 method. Appetizers will be ABT's. [​IMG]
