Hi, I'm from paincourtville Louisiana. I'm planning on purchasing a smoke hollow 4 in 1 grill to get into smoking meats and also have the gas grill. I have watched a few videos on Tuesday and the mods to do so I plan on doing a few before I assemble it and use it, I'm excited to start smoking and seeing what woods for what meats to use.
