I had the heat setting on PL02 (shoulda just cooked longer at PL01) because I overloaded the little Bradley, hence the darker pieces. Still very tasty though. I'll do 2 smaller batches next time.
Thanks guys! I did some pork steaks over the weekend and sliced them on the bias and fried them like bacon with my eggs in the morning. Wow, what a treat!
