That is an Awesome setup!! Love that!Turkey fryer burner in the bottom with a cast iron skillet (12”) on top to smolder wood chunks, but also have a cold smoke generator installed as well that burns pellets and chips mixed. Smokehouse is 3x3x7’ the bottom 3x3 is just for heat and smoke protection the top 3x3x4 is for meat.
