Hello!!!

  1. Hi! My name is Charlie and I'm from north North Georgia. I have a very cheap brinmann vertical smoker. I have tried it before and have not been able to keep the temp right. In the few minutes I have been on this site I have already learned some things that I think will help tremendously. So thanks!

    Welcome Charlie good to have you with us and by the way your smoker will do great when properly set up..I have smoked in a cardboard box before...
